I just went through the replacement of a 2nd floor heat-pump system. I selected Cooper Climate Control after checking AZ Registrar of Contractors, Better Business Bureau and on-line reviews. Cooper Climate Control is on the *** trade ally network of contractors that participate in the *** rebate programs. I started with 6 contractors which quickly narrowed to Cooper Climate Control based on their proposal, options, price/value, discounts and work description. I had 15 follow-up questions for which ******* provided detailed, no-nonsense answers. I was very fortunate to get firsthand feedback from a friend who had used Cooper Climate Control.The install was completed today and it has been an an excellent experience. ******* is professional, extremely thorough and genuinely polite. ******* briefed me on the process and schedule the pre-installation and installation dates. The install was performed within 1 week. ******* *always* kept me updated via text/email/phone call. The installation team was wonderful. They were very thorough, efficient and very careful. They always used booties when inside the house and laid down mats to protect flooring/carpet. They answered any question I had. The install was estimated to take until between 2 - 4 pm. It was completed at approx. 1 pm. ******* came over after the install to inspect the work (inside and outside) and briefed me on use/operation of the new thermostat. ******* then reviewed and walked me through paperwork/packet that he had already completed beforehand. This included all the requirements for the *** rebate, system information (model no, serial no, manuals, etc.), warranty registration. The system I selected and had installed was a TRANE 4-ton 16 SEER2 two-stage heat pump and variable speed air handler. Based on the overall experience and results, I have no reservations recommending Cooper Climate Control.

Our AC went out at 4:00pm and I called Cooper Climate Control at 4:30pm. ******* was there shortly after 5:00pm and stayed until after 7:00pm to get ** fixed. The fee was incredibly reasonable. Angels of mercy for sure!

Highly satisfied with Cooper Climate. They installed AC with professional service- clean, timely, and courteous staff. Now they service our system spring and fall. Excellent always.

The guys at Cooper Climate came out to install a new air conditioning unit for my garage. They were on time, professional and cleaned up after they were done. ************************, *****, and ******* were all great.

I wanted to replace my existing heat pump/air handler with a higher efficiency unit and get a utility rebate. I also wanted to move the air handler, which was in a tight spot in the attic that was very difficult to access and service. I found a list of A/C companies on the *** rebate website. I got three quotes, and Cooper Climate Control had the best price for the exact same equipment. CCC also provided a detailed scope of work and offered a 10/10/10 warranty, which was better than the other two companies. I also appreciated that ******* didn't use high pressure sales tactics, and was willing to discuss various options and didn't rush me to make a decision. ******* brought his installation team over to scope out the attic and determine whether it was worth moving the air handler and where to put it. They took their time inspecting and measuring the attic, were very transparent and explained in detail what would be done. ****, ***** and ******* did a great job on the installation, doing the job right and not ******* through it. They were very professional and competent, and worked well as a team, and answered any questions I had. They took a ton of photos, and ******* showed up several times to check in. They also cleaned everything up afterwards. ******* filled out the *** rebate paperwork for me to send in. I had not worked with Cooper Climate Control before, but would definitely recommend them.

******* and his team were excellent from start to finish. We had four quotes on replacing our 14-year-old heat pump/AC unit. ******* was by far the most detail oriented. He spent over an hour discussing options and finding out our goals for our home in the future, and to find out what we really needed in a new unit. He was the only one who performed a Manual J calculation to determine the correct size unit we would need. His quotes were the most detailed and he itemized the whole scope of work. This thoroughness and willingness to take his time played a very large role in our decision to hire. He also was periodically onsite with his team of three installers during the job. ****, ***** and, Im sorry but I dont remember the third installers name, were on time and very friendly even though they were working in an attic well over ********************************************************************************************************** one day. They even came back on a later date to install a thermostat we had ordered that hadnt arrived yet. The installation itself looks extremely professional and ******* pointed out all the items that were on the itemized list of work, went over all the safety features, warranty, and SRP rebate information in detail. It was our neighbor who recommended Cooper Climate Control and we are extremely happy we decided to hire them. We will recommend Copper Climate Control to our friends and family without hesitation.

******* and his installation crew at Cooper Climate Control removed my old AC unit and installed my new Trane air conditioner system yesterday. They started at **** and 7 hours later it was completely installed, and it is up and *************. They completely cleaned the site and promptly removed all the debris and the old units. They all were very polite and professional at all times, and always answered any questions I asked. I can't imagine how hard it must have been for them ** ** that attic at 108 degrees with monsoon humidity in the air. (I gladly kept them supplied with ice cold bottled water ) I take my hat off to them. Tomorrow their dry wall man comes to do the finishing touches around attic entrances. I gladly add another 5 Star rating to their already long list and strongly recommend them with no reservation.**** J

Our AC stopped working and we called cooper climate. They came out same day and got started to resolve the problem. ******* provides amazing service and had to call around to find a part that would accept our warranty. Our AC is back working great! We will use them again!

******************* ********************** replaced 2 old A/C units in a home I recently purchased and altho they were still performing they were not cost efficient. I vetted 6 companies that sold the units that I was interested in and Cooper AC was not the lowest it's service included several things that other companies did not include. ******* also completed all the paperwork for me to get a rebat from SRP. Other companies made aware of it to me but that was it. Cooper's annual maintenance plans were less expensive than others and covered more item. This spring my neighbor needed one of his units replaced and I recommended Cooper. He also vetted several companies but he selected Cooper also. I did not give a 5/5 lightly but in this case it is warranted.

Replacing an AC unit can be very stressful. Working with ******* and Cooper Climate control was a great experience! I got 5 other quotes when I started my initial search. I decided to go with Cooper Climate Control because of the level of professionalism, competitive pricing. The whole install process went very smoothly. The installers were great, efficient and cleaned up wonderfully after. The whole team was wonderful from start to finish. ******* was very thorough with checking everything was working properly, went over the product registration process and the new thermostat and functions. I would highly recommend this company!
