            In July 2018 they installed siding, insulation, sliding door & windows. During the winter of 2019 we noticed major condensation buildup throughout the whole exterior of the house. We than contacted the owner ****** to come and visit our concern. When ****** came to visit the issue he told us that he has never seen this happen before. He removed a piece of the siding and told us that the insulation that he installed was dry and refused to help us. He recommended us to install an air exchanger which did not solve the issue. Winter 2020 called him again and told him the condensation buildup was getting worse, again refused to fix the issue. 2021 we notice the window that he installed had a wet spot on the wood frame. We contacted an engineer and he advised us that the issue was the insulation that he installed was not breathing and was wet and should be removed. ****** refused and said his job was done proper. We paid ****** $39,755.66 and an engineer to inspect the issue $2,485.00.

            I hired this company over 2 years ago to do a huge job rewrapping my house and installing new doors. So many problems and horrible customer service. Doors were damaged and things were not done properly. Now I am left with a garden door that leaks every time it rains. The water has ruined my hardwood floor. I was told to fix the problem myself, even though they sold me the door and installed it. It was one problem after another with this company. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience and I am now dealing with a door that still leaks. CRIMINAL.
