rebuttal to shank response at the time of the damage, we thought i had been cause by the *** construction and blast from the Quarry. During the investigation John Shank came over and promise to ****** a report on the cause of the damage for my insurance company (Which he never did) my insurance company then hired a structural engineer and when he called Shanks for information on the structure of my pool shank had no information for him. (You would think that after installing pools for all those years he would know how a pool is structured)a month or so after our pool was installed, **** came over and i expressed that i had to top up my pool a couple of times a week you told me it was evaporation, and you gave me a box of solar fish which did help but i still had to top of my pool weekly. as for the false report i never asked for that i wanted to know what cause the damage.my pool dropped over 1 inch on the side of the skimmer because of Shank's negligence forgetting to put the gasket around the skimmer and forgot to add the collar in the skimmer which allowed Salt water to overflow behind the steel panel causing the erosion under the panel.i have picture on my ****** review if anyone wants to look at the damage Shank will lie to make himself look good a few years after the install my skimmer was all rusted and you blamed it on the manufacturer that they had change the install process (which they did not) and even if they did you should have made the appropriate corrections like a recall but we know that it was caused by the missing gasket and collar, then when you replaced my liner, the whole panel was rusted, and you said that's normal which its not my pool had been leaking from day 1 from shanks negligence
