My faucet was leaking and I thought that the leak was underneath the counter which I couldn't reach. My wife wanted it done sooner than later therefore I called Plumbing Express instead of my regular plumber who couldn't come today. I was impressed by the lady answering the phone, asking for photos and sharing me the cost (service fee plus whatever material needed). She didn't share what was wrong therefore I didn't question her about the price. When ***** arrived, he shared that it was only the cartridge that should be changed (not the complicated work anticipated) and 9 minutes later the job was completed. My only reservation was the cost, $250 to change a faucet cartridge. I would recommend his services but be willing to pay premium feesReview from Nicki H

What wonderful service!!!!I called Plumbing Express after mopping ** flooded lower kitchen cabinets and a flooded kitchen floor. I was told a plumber could to come to my home, that very afternoon! Then I was asked a series of questions to help diagnose what the problem might be. When asked if it was possible for me to tighten the head on the retractable hose of my goose neck kitchen faucet, I discovered it had become quite loose. When I tightened that up, I could once again run the water without any issue. No leaking anywhere! The problem was resolved. Just like that. I am still in shock! I am SO relieved. Only someone who believes in customer service, and someone very knowledgeable in the line of work that they do, would take this time, and be so professional, kind, and honest with me. To have such an efficient person taking incoming calls, the owner/plumber, must be an exceptional and highly skilled professional as well. I am so very impressed, and so grateful! We were very pleased with the work done by Plumbing Express in installing our new toilet. They were highly recommended and we can see why – professional, efficient, honest and attention to detail (including cleaning up after the job was done) are just some of the words that describe their team. When talking with them on the phone to book the appointment and in person on the job, they were exceptionally pleasant and you realize quickly that they are also very knowledgeable – and to top it off, the cost was quite reasonable. If we have any future plumbing work or if someone needs a plumber, Plumbing Express will be at the top of the list

We only have good things to say about Plumbing Express, from the reception and scheduling, which was very professional, to the actual repair and installation work. ***** immediately determined the issues and in less than 50 minutes we had a neat rearrangement of the jungle under our kitchen sink, three new modern valves and the removal of the old faucet and installation of a modern faucet. We had spent hours trying to remove the old faucet, with no success! Thank you *** and *****, We will be recommending you to our friends and acquaintances.Review from Craig B

The folks at Plumbing Express were fantastic. They called me back quickly, asked thorough questions to diagnose the issue and requested photos to make sure the plumber they sent out was prepared, and had someone at our house in no-time. ***** was very friendly and professional throughout the whole visit. He took the time to understand the issue we were having and explained what he was doing at various stages of the job, including the various risks involved. He finished the job quickly and made sure I was satisfied with the end result. Left out bathroom clean and tidy. Very happy with the work. We needed to replace our aged and leaking hot water tank with a new tank. ******** and ***** from Plumbing Express were great to deal with. ******** **** *** ************** ** *** ****** *** answered all my questions; I provided photographs of the current tank and its location, and with this she and ***** worked up several quotes based on different scenarios (from an all-in price to a case where I provide the tank and remove the old tank on my own). Other plumbers I had contacted wouldn't give a price without coming in for a review of the site, and while I can appreciate that it's easy to give out a quote that's vastly different from what's actually required, I'm distrustful of companies that are hesitant to share their rates or even a ballpark estimate. This is not the case with Plumbing Express, they weren't afraid to give an estimate, and in the end, the final price of this job was very close to the estimate (there was an additional valve that needed to be replaced). ***** arrived on time to do the actual installation; he worked with an ease and efficiency that shows he's done this for a long time. The only thing he needed my help for was removing the old tank. Our basement stairs are a bit tricky. The whole installation took about three hours and was on budget. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing work.Plumbing Express Response
