      Ill make this short and stick to some details. When I first contacted the owner in April about scheduling a move on a Sunday in July he said they dont work on Sunday but would accommodate us as he wanted my business and boasted about his BBB rating. He explained to me the process and I replied to his emails in detail. I confirmed everything the day before the move. Next morning, two men parked in a vehicle in front : one left after a couple of hours leaving the other one behind: I later had to drive him somewhere for him to get a ride home. No moving truck came and neither did a fourth person as agreed for the move. The owner told me his driver had COVID and that he was trying to find another driver. He later said he had found a driver but then claimed that he couldnt get the truck keys from the original driver as he was in the hospital. Spare keys allegedly under the hood of the moving truck were not there and a locksmith was not available until the next morning. I told him that that there are 24h emergency locksmiths and to call one. He canceled the move on us and scheduled it for the next day at 9am and told me hed get truck keys cut at the dealership first thing in the morning. I was not buying into any of his stories at all. The next morning, a driver and truck arrived shortly before 9am. Three men showed up a bit later but had to eat breakfast: they didnt start until 9:45am. The driver didnt have Covid, hes off on Sundays and was not made aware of the move, he confirmed that there is no spare driver, hes the only driver, there are no spare keys under the hood, no spare keys to the truck and that the story the owner told me is not true which I suspected. The owner was not nice, lied, hung up on me twice, told me to go f*** myself, over charged us but revised the **** to reflect actual times/hourly rate, bills a fuel surcharge that I refused to pay. We paid the **** once everything was to our satisfaction and leather sofa was fixed.

      The truth has to be heard, this person was nothing but a nightmare to deal with in every aspect. Check my rating for the past 10 years, there always that one person that seems to know it all, no sense in explaining anything to her she has already made up her mind. On move day my driver had not shown up for the move, this would be the first time he didn't show, and one of our other employees came down with Covid the day before and our driver had worked with him so we assumed he could have it and could be hospitalized, we tried calling and went to his home with no luck. The driver had the keys to the truck leaving us a move and without a moving van. The spare keys under the hood were even missing. In the mean time I had 2 men waiting at the customers home while calling around for a replacement driver and calling every where for a rental, which proved to be impossible to find. We even called for a locksmith with no avail, none were available on the weekend because of the specialty truck keys. There was no other choice but to delay the move till the following day, which ******* agreed to. Turns out my driver didn't have Covid he just didn't check my text about work on Sunday, we called many many times with no answer, we had a replacement driver and my wife at his residence waiting to get the keys. We don't usually work on Sundays and didn't know what may have happened to him, so we assumed he tested positive for covid, which we and explained this to *******, I never ever said he had covid ,I had no way of knowing until I spoke with the driver. On the following Monday the driver showed up at her pick up address and my wife and I dropped off the 2 movers, plus I that I supplied FREE OF CHARGE, The start time was 9:15 AM, I was there to verify our start time, as I expected problems with this customer, I stipulated earlier in my response this person was nothing short of the worse customer I have ever dealt with in my 40 plus years of moving. I will admit to using the *** word, after being called a "Fing liar" by *******. Let the truth be told she **** out every bit of patience I have ever had, I did apologize to her face to face. The other issue with this person is she used the payment as ****** to have things repaired that were not caused by the move. Every insurance has a deductable and ours is a $250 which we didn't use in this matter, she also refused to pay the Fuel excise tax which has been in place for over 15 years and fought over its existence, which we pointed out on ******* I hope to never ever deal with a customer like this again. This is my horror story, hope I never live it again. *****
