            I hired Carlsbad to do interlock at my home in June 2019. They were unable to finish in front of the house because they discovered columns on the front of our house were rotting. I had the columns repaired in August 2019 but Carlsbad has not yet returned to finish the work. The excuses were: short staffed, bad weather, on-the job injuries, hard to get materials, illness, etc. In 2020 they claimed that they were unable to obtain matching bricks, and the usual excuses. Last October I was told they would return in 2021, finish the work (the columns and the front area), seal the driveway, and do some repairs and sand work. Since the spring of this year I have again been trying to get them to return to finish. With numerous calls and messages, I have only had contact once, when I was told "not before the end of July" with all the same excuses being used. Since then I have texted and phoned. The voice box is usually full, and any messages or texts are ignored.
