            On June 8, 2021, I called JC Robinson for technical assistance because I could not turn on my Air Conditioner. On June 10, 2021, ***, the technician from JC Robinson came and he opened the cover of the unit, and he just touched the connection, the unit turned on. I asked him what the problem was, he said the connection was loose. I was shocked that the connection could be loose when the unit was repaired by JC Robinson in July 2020. The unit was purchased /installed on Nov. 8, 2011 and all parts had 10 years warranty. In July 2020, JC Robinson charged me for$357.25 for finding the problem of the AC and for $1209.10 for repair ( which included about $800 for parts supposedly under warranty). I paid the bill because it was under JC Robinson's warranty. Now, only 10 months later, the AC did not work because the connector was loose, and no one had touch the AC after July 2020. And JC Robinson wanted me to pay another $152.55, for a loose connection left by their worker in July 2020.

            July 06, 2021 - A VERY hot, muggy Ottawa morning Inside our home. We have had the pleasure of doing business with JC Robinson for about 30 years. All of our experiences have been stellar. I highly recommend them. For example…this morning I called Service shortly after 8am. Spoke with ******. Told her our AC wasn’t working; that I have a compromised immune system, breathing problems and a fractured hip, etc. Within about 1.5 hours Mr. ****, from Service, had been here and fixed our 33 year old AC - its very first repair in the 22 years we’ve lived here. I want to thank JC Robinson for being such a wonderful company and taking such great care of us. Nancy ********
