On September 22nd,2021 we sent the request to Bronson Johnson Eavestroughts for the replacement same at our place attaching a picture with the critical area we wanted to be fixed. Fabien, co-owner got back to us shortly letting us know they can provide a quote, with the covid situation they are not doing it face to face. I agreed hooping he did see the picture I attached and inspecting the current eavstroughs would noticed the area with the leak. On October 7th work was done we paid and hopped to be happy with end results. On October 11th, I sent back my first complaint with new picture attached. With the rain noticed not only existing leak was not fixed but a new one happen with poor fitting. I was told they would come out on good rainy day to check it out. It rained following Saturday I sent the e-mail with the shortest possible video of 3 sec. October 21st was rainy day they showed up when it was convenient for them ignoring my wishes to be home and point out my concerns. Three days after visit Fabien told the leak is due to the roof. If he paid attention to picture I sent him and came out to our place to quote he could have say his work would not solve the issue. I had a roofer from ********* ******* telling us nothing is wrong with the roof. He believes it is due to all water from second floor coming to one spot and moving downspouts to another end might solve an issue. Wonder when eavesroughs were replaced what was a reason of moving curvature further from the original spot and if somebody would take responsibility. Fabian had questioned the roofer and his observation. We are not running away from the garage roof replacement and told the same to ********* ******* rep. We did a small experiment on our own, added an extension on the downspout redirecting water from that spot and almost eliminated the leak. I doubt Fabian would accept anything different from his opinion and would be willing to help further in this situation so it looks nicer.
