            On May 27, 2004 I purchased a PVC fence (installed) by Bytown fence. The warranty was for 20 years expires (May, 2024) and included material and workmanship. Over the years, since installation parts of the fence have fallen down, About 10 years ago I called Bytown to fix the issue which they did free of cost. More recently, this spring, the fence fell apart again. Panels had fallen out, posts were lifting and the fence was buckling. i asked Bytown to fix my the issue and to honour their warranty. The owner of the company told me that he was not responsible and that he would not honour the warranty. He said that if I wanted the fence fixed, I would have to pay and sign a contract. I had no choice but to agree since I needed the fence fixed. The hole in the fence posed a danger to my neighbours since i have a dog that could easily get through. I have now been invoiced by Bytown for the work. i should not have to pay for work that is under warranty.

            A truly amazing company to deal with! They turned up when they said they would, and did the work quickly and well. Our fence posts were set one day, and the fence completed the next day. Highly recommend.
