R&R worked at my house last week to remove two trees in the backyard. They did a great job in both trees. It took 2 days to take them down. My yard was cleaned after their work was done. They returned this week to raise the canopy and trim a 90 foot fir. Again great work and cleaned up after. I will hire them again. Oh yea and their price beat all other bids. 5 Stars

From: *************** 11 November 2021 ****************** Owner of R&R Tree Service:I am a satisfied Customer of your Company.On 08 November 2021, **** and his crew arrived on time at my home to trim five tall Fir trees for me and an Oak tree and a Fir tree belonging to my neighbor on adjoining property. **** introduced himself and his crew, and we discussed the parameters of work to be done. I had made this appointment shortly after the ice storm 8 months earlier. This was a busy year for tree services.My property has a 12 foot wide access to my back yard where the trees stand. I helped the crew place their limb chipper and tow truck through the passage as they placed it so there would be only a short distance to pull the limbs to the chipper. Then, I removed a section of the fence that separates the neighbors and my back yards. This arrangement was good for all. Work proceeded flawlessly. **** and his crew are great! After a full day, the work was about two thirds done. It was a difficult job. One of the Fir trees is l16 feet tall and nearly 6 feet at the base! The Oak tree has dangerous scaffolding limbs to one side. This job needed to be done to reduce possibility of wind or ice causing the trees to fall or drop limbs that would damage to our homes; and we did not want our trees to be a nuisance to our other neighbors. **** and his crew were dispatched to another job and couldnt return to finish. **** and his crew were dispatched the next day and finished our trim. Both crews did excellent work and exactly as I requested. They were pleasant to talk with, conscious of their safety and respected our property. My next-door neighbor is using this company to remove trees on the borderline between our two properties. Yesterday the company's truck blocked my driveway but still parked in the cul-de-sac. Since the neighbor warned me I parked down the street and that was fine. Today, however, they actually backed up their chipper into my driveway and covered it with limbs and debris. When I discovered this and demanded to know why, one worker said they had permission. Permission from whom - my neighbor? They said that they thought that permission was given on their "bill". I stated that I, and I alone, own the property and would be the only one to give permission for use of my driveway, and I hadn't done that, nor had they asked me. Since the driveway was vacant, I'm sure they thought that I wasn't home and would be none the wiser. They did apologize, moved, and quickly (somewhat) cleaned the driveway, but may have left additional scrapes from resting their equipment on the driveway incline and/or caused additional cracks from their heavy equipment. I realize that having the trees on the borderline of my property necessitated that they were on the fringes of it but even after moving from my driveway they continued to act as if they had free run of my place. They broke branches off of my front bush by stomping all over it. And I had to clean up after them just like I did for several hours yesterday. They had no right to do this; they need to refrain from being presumptuous, to communicate, and to not lie about it. I was going to ask for a quote from the company to remove some of my trees but I would never use this company because of this.
