Alder Creek Tree Service did an awesome job for us at our cabin. We had 4 trees that needed to come down. The largest was a 140+ ft. 36O.D. fir that had died from laminate root rot. It was less than 9 ft. from our cabin and had power line and shallow septic tank concerns to work around. The 2nd most challenging was a 20O.D. tree that had partially blown over during a storm and was hung-up precariously against a large fir and threatening our woodshed. Two crews were onsite to do the work (5 workmen total). I appreciated the site safety and all the personal protective gear they wore. There was no damage to anything and they did a great job cleaning up the debris from the work, chipped the majority of the branches and grouped the firewood off the drive lane. On the business side, things also went well. I had received written quotes from 3 different tree services. Alder Creeks price was in the middle. I did my due diligence checking licensing, BBB, insurance, read reviews, etc. Both ***** and ******* ******* staff) were very helpful and prompt getting paperwork details to me via email. I did experience a couple hick-*** that appeared to be from Phils (the business owner) communication with both his office staff and field crews that caused some confusion, as well as, the written work scope onsite with me. In our case his crew did deliver and met the written quote to my satisfaction after some discussion.I do highly recommend Alder Creek Tree Service and will use them again because together they get the job done. Their office staff and field crews are top notch and appear to have the proper tools to do the job. I believe they will do the right thing for the customer: they did for us. Id like to give a special shout-out to the talented site crew: *** ****** ***** ***** and the other Pro (I missed his name). I admire their professionalism and comradery/concern for each others safety and property; all were customer friendly and respectful. Thanks guys!
