Folks be aware/ women be aware of this place, i took my Acura here and the person who looked at it said my transmission oil was bad and burnt and they told me my problem was internal inside the transmission and that they would need to go in and look at it to find out what the issue was, that's a rebuild pretty much and it was going to cost about ****. They even gave me information for financing. I spoke to a friend who suggested I get a second opinion and the place i went to they actually let me take a look at the oil myself in the transmission and the oil was fine, nothing was burnt at all. The only issue was the pressure sensor needed to be changed and they figured that out without having to take apart my transmission. That would only cost me ****** verses over *****. This place should be ashamed of itself for trying to take advantage. Please get a second opinion before going with this place. When i called to confront them the man i spoke to said " Well at least we didn't charge you for the service, did we charge you for the service," no you didn't but you lied to get services out of me, and you were not honest. There was no accountability at all. I feel like this place did this because i'm a woman who does not know anything about cars and this was a chance to take advantage and make some money. I am glad i got a second opinion!I'm wondering how many other people may have went in for a transmission issue and was told it was worse than it really was. This is so sad how places are choosing to do business. Please get a second opinion.
