    I ordered a Persimmon from this nursery and was expecting the tree to be a normal tree, however I received a tree that was bent out of shape. I wrote the nursery about my complaint and they told my that I should gently restake the tree. I should not have to do that. The nursery should have done this prior to shipping the tree. Why would they send out a tree looking like that? They should send out their best and not their worst trees.

    I received a damaged box that included a missing item that I am sure was ******* fault for which I filed a claim. However, I was told by One Green World that they could not honor damages to the box or missing items since they responsibly packed the items well before shipment. My complaint is three fold. They referred me to their policy and said they were not responsible, when their policy says they will manage damages if contacted within 10 days. I contacted them the day of receipt. Here is the line in their policy. "Problems with your order: "After receiving your order, please inspect all items and notify us within 10 days of any problems or shortages. We cannot accept claims for damages, shortages or other problems made more than 10 days after receipt of your order."2nd, there was no ownership of trying to resolve the issue and I was sent a $10 coupon to order again as a token. Won't happen. 3rd. My expectation was that they work through this issue with ****** not dump it on me. I sent a picture of the damaged box. They sent me a picture of the box that showed no damage left by ****** *****'s picture was taken from an angle that would not show the damage, but apparently One Green World thinks I am a liar. Their lack of interest will make me look for continued avenues to send out the BEWARE alarm.
