              I hired top resume to give my currently outdated resume a full overhaul. However they have failed in many ways to produce a good resume for me. I reached out several times to the business with little to no responses back. They have terrible customer service and do not listen to the clients concerns.

              I was promised to be matched with somebody in my industry, and that my rsum would be written, professionally as though it was underwritten by a mortgage underwriter it wasnt they didnt even know the terminologies they put in that I made recommendations for credit not that I made credit decisions, which is what I did When I tried to ask them to fix it they wouldnt, and I asked for a refund and they refused
