I recently went to Postal Annex in ********* to send a package to **********.I asked the person at the desk to ship my item in the quickest way possible. They claimed that they knew which method was the best, and charged me accordingly.It's been one week since the shipment, and I was told that the shipment should arrive at its destination within 2-3 days. When my relative told me they have yet to see the mail, I immediately went to check the tracking number.But there was none.Even though they told me it would be on the receipt.So I first tried calling the Postal Annex I went to, and they replied that the type of mail I sent had no tracking number.But when I explained that the girl helping me recommended that method, they said she was a trainee and didn't know any better. When I asked what I should do now, they said wait. And if it's lost, it's lost. It's not their problem.The same answer was given to me when I went there in person to understand the situation.Panic arose when they all looked at each other in confusion despite the fact that they were the ones who handled my item the day I shipped it. I felt very foolish putting trust into their service, but at the same time, they were the only postal service nearby. I'm even more upset knowing that the item that I trusted them with care is a very expensive item ($1000). Currently, there's no way for me to find out where it is, what happened to it, and when it's going to arrive to my relative. So thanks Postal Annex King ***** You will not be seeing me again.
