I took my ring in to get sizing beads as I did NOT want my ring cut and resized. Came to pick it up and they had resized it and did NOT add beads! It was even on the paper to add beads only. They also did rhodium wrong and my ring looks dark and has blackish smudges. Very unhappy with their work this time around. They offered to make ring larger and add the beads but the damage is already done at this point.Review from Donald R

Fred Meyer Jewelers is using deceptive business practices to up sell their ********************* Plan. I went in to a local store on Valentine's *** and asked for a recommendation of a nice piece that wasn't too expensive. The sales lady asked what wasn't too expensive. I said $500 or less. She then showed me a piece. When I asked how much it was she took out her calculator and punched numbers in and then said $506. I said that would work. When she was ringing the sale up she said that they had a lifetime care plan and that if I bring the piece in once a year they will clean it and repair it if needed. I thought was a value add. It wasn't until the next day when I looked at the receipt that jewelry was only $388.12 and that she had charged me $94.99 for their ************* Plan. Which is 24% of what the jewelry cost was. At no time did she ever say the cost of the jewelry was $388 and the care plan was $94. I told a friend about it and she realized the same thing had happened to her at a different **** Meyer Jewelry store a year earlier. Which indicates that **** Meyer Jewelry is training their sales people to up sale the care plan without telling customers that they are paying extra for it. This is an abusive sales practice that must be costing their customers unduly so they can be more profitable.Review from Luis C

Just over 3 years ago I made a purchase for my wifes wedding ring since them shutting their doors and considering I dont go the the malls like I used to I just found out all stores are now out of buisness or say closed. Now there is another jewelry store called ***** the jewlers and they where the ones who informed me My wifes first wedding/engagement ring I took it in for a cleaning. The ring had no damage when I received it back it now has a crack on the band so I complained and stated you guys damaged it and I want it repaired it wasnt like that when I dropped it off. The said Im sorry let me look it up. Considering it was over 15 years back they stated we have to look for the hard copy and said they will contact us. . Never happens then I purchased a new ring and had it inspected once since we bought it now this was just over a year ago and now two stones are missing and wanted to get this ring fixed as I paid for their life time warranty on all three of the rings I purchased now their out of business and I inquired about it so far twice and not even a call back or even any type of email correspondence other then sending me 15 percent off coupon its messed up they took my money and left me with zero coverage at this point. Littman jewlers were crooks from the beginning I wish I knew this before spending 8 grand in jewelry. Suprising I had my items appraised and lets say they are worth less then half of what they claimed they where worth now that being said theres another company who bought out littman and they havent returned any calls emails. Since they took over littmans jewelry stores I should *** them for theft and reclaim my money for my life time warranty that I paid for plus damages and falsely advertising items actual worthReview from Kellyann T

My ex-boyfriend bought me a $2,000 princess cut diamond ring which I had a praise and they said it's worth 198$ the worst with all the money that was wasted buying crap!Review from Jessica S

If I could give zero stars I would. There customer service is horrible and they are not good with fixing problems. I sent a ring in to be cleaned like I always have and they sent the wrong ring back. I thought it wasn't a big deal then and sent it back but yet again they sent a different wrong ring back. This happened 4 times and they said they don't have the original ring that I sent in and we would get our money back. I was fine with that since we were having so much trouble. They won't give me the warranty money back that we paid and I still have not received a check in the mail like they said they were going to do. It's been almost 4 months so far.Review from Kandi J

I went to **** meyer in ***********, 10-7-23, to have batteries replaced in 3 watches, two watches don't keep time, plus while there one was damaged. The s/p ****, who was waiting on me told me nothing of the watch having a broken arm, which it didn't before being taken there, Then I left for a moment because no was engaging with us, so thinking my watch would be done in a short time, which they were not, upon returning she was fixing another person watch??? I want my money back for this inconvenience and inconsiderate service, have contacted corporate 2 for the district manager to return my call but he has NOT, so just refund my money your store has an issue with people of color, give me MY MONEY, I will never shop at your store again. If I could give a ( -0,) I would put a sign there that tells me, you don't RESPECT me like!Review from Gladys B

Avoid **** Meyers Jewelers at ALL costs! Closing more and more locations, refuse to contract with any physical locations for jewelry inspections, only suggesting you put THOUSANDS of Dollars of jewelry in the mail!! To take FOREVER TO RETURN, OR WORSE! They say you can ask for a refund of the Warranties, and then NEVER respond to you! So they been allowed to VOID their own CONTRACTS, by NOT providing the services stated in the contract, and now THEFT of the not returned warranty fees. How much LOWER can a company possibly go? Why haven't they been shut down? Who actually CARES about the FAITHFUL PATRONS? SHAMEFUL! DESPICABLE!Review from Elizabeth M

The HR *************** is horrible. They kept scheduling me on days to told them I couldn't work I was 8 1/2 months pregnant and had weekly appointments and my liver was having issues from the pregnancy making me dizzy randomly and almost pass out many times. Yet he said it's my fault for missing days even tho I requested them before hand. They don't treat their employees with respect at all.Review from Sarah M

I would post a zero star rating if possible. I am very disappointed in **** meyer jewelry store. Long story short I purchased a ring 18 months ago with a protection plan. 9 months after having the ring a stone fell out. Since it was within a year of purchase they replaced the stone for free and did an inspection. Last week I lost two more stones went back in it has now been 9 months since the last inspection and they will not honor my protection plan. ?? they informed me that I needed to have proof of the inspection 9 months ago on a special form and that my stone protection plan was void. I asked to see the special form. They showed me. I was never given that form. She abruptly said this form is given at the time of purchase. I maybe old school but I keep files of my purchases and paperwork. They never gave me one. I had my receipt of the inspection but not the particular form they required. I told her I never received the " special form". She informed me no form no fix, however I could pay to have it fixed. Why would I pay for something that keeps losing diamonds and is not honored by the protection program. ?? she was rude, and not helpful. It was a sad day for my ring. The disappointing part for me was I had picked out another ring to buy for my daughter and I brought cash to purchase it today. **** meyer lost our business. My wedding anniversary was coming up and we had another thing picked out and they lost that sale too. This location and staff are more worried about selling then they are providing quality customer service.Review from Bob N

Went to **************************** ** for groceries. On check out, cashier loaded my three bags to the top and did not place in cart, just started with the next customer. I'm trying to load the heavy bags off the counter into my cart and questioning which unbagged items she forgot are mine or next customer. Woke up the next day with a sore neck and limited movement, all from lifting the bags check out girl refused to put in cart. Other stores place the empty bag in the cart- then fill it. ***************** does not care about senior shoppers and don't want customers apparently. Time to contact corporate office. Attorney said if sore in 24 hours go see a doctor and the ***************** will pay. Now we are switching to ******* for better service and more respect as a customer.
