            After my router working fine for years with spotty internet sevice with this company. Just over the weekend they had lost service to everyone. Upon finding this out and calling them and talking to ******* the owners wife, she said to reset the router in which I did by holding the reset button in on the back of the router, to find out she meant to unplug the power to it. When they say reset it and there is a button on the back of the router that says reset thats what I did due to being told that. Now after they get all their WiFi working I bring my router in to get fixed and they say now My router is broken and they cant fix it. Before all this happened my router was working great and now after there problem its not, I believe they are liable for a new router. I tell this to ******* the owner and she says she will charge me for a new router so I can get internet. Not sure how its my fault my router broke when they told me what to do. VERY BAD BUSINESS. THEY NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUN.
