To be clear, the morning, 9/17/21, when the Pyramid workers first pulled into my driveway to start the Add AC job, my existing system was working just fine, with NO issues or problems. When they left and hour or so later, my heating system was completely broken and damaged to the point that it could no longer be turned on and used! This was due to the Pyramid employee having broken an existing pipe in my system! This employee began to profusely apologize and explained what he had done - when he lost his grip with the tool he was using, and smacked into the existing pipe in my system and broke it! After he had explained/showed me the damage he did, he began profusely apologizing over and over - Im sorry, Im so sorry, Im sorry 6 weeks later, without heat, 11/5 Pyramid returned to replace the part their employee had broken and get my heating/cooling system turned back on!I am extremely disappointed in Pyramid Heating & Coolings business conduct.By all current business standards in this country today, when a contractor comes to work on a clients home, and while there the contractor breaks or damages something at the existing home, the company pays to fix or replace the item or damage done! This is NOTHING out of the norm in todays STANDARD BUSINESS CONDUCT, PRACTICES, AND EXPECTATIONS.The audacity that Pyramid Heating and Cooling came to my home and broke a piece in my existing heating system - then has the audacity to charge ME $1,500.00 to repair the damage the Pyramid Heating & Cooling worker did to my home is appalling! I am so regretful that I ever had Pyramid Heating and Cooling come and do any work on my home!A VERY dissatisfied customer,*******************

We had scheduled a routine check up on our heater and air conditioner. Shortly after the technician opened everything up he informed us we had a hole in the combustion heat exchange tube that could allow carbon dioxide to escape. He turned off the heater, gas and after looking at the air conditioner, turned that off too, saying we couldn't use it. He made it sound super scary and dangerous, yet, it's been over 2 1/2 weeks and we have not had anyone from Pyramid Heating and Cooling contact us, even though we asked that someone contact us as soon as possible since we would be without heat or cool air. We were charged $365 ($27 more than the quote we were given) for a "diagnostic" since he did nothing to clean the heater or air conditioner. Since we didn't hear from them, we called another company who came out and made a complimentary check of our heater since we were so concerned. He was very professional , said there is NOT a leak after running multiple tests and putting a camera down the tube to double check, so he told us it was ok to run. Needless to say, we were really disappointed in Pyramid.
