            I was charged over 700 dollars for my electric bill without warning because my policy was canceled. Although I never cancelled my policy. They didnt care to explain why it was cancelled, and couldnt reverse any charges since it had been 24 hours on their end. Although I only received an alert from my bank that the 700 was taken out 2 hours before calling them as soon as they opened. They never sent an email, or mail, or called, texted, nothing. Just randomly canceled and took out 700 dollars.

            I received my first bill with the 18% rate hike. It is $767 for one month and I keep the home at a whopping 66 degrees. I work all day and am only home in the evenings. It is an 12 year old home with double paned windows and all appliances are energy efficient. I just received my paycheck for $1124. How are we expected to live? I've still got property taxes, car and house insurance, other utilities, gas to get to work and food. My daughter lives 20 min from me and has Pacific Power...her bill $80. I work in *********** and hear from coworkers that have Mac Water and Light and theirs run from about $80-$350 for the huge doctor homes. PGE has 44% of the ppl in the *************** (per their own website) so they have the monopoly on pricing for us. Not fair and shouldn't be allowed. I'm 60 years old and would love to retire, but there is no way with a electice bill this size. Shame on you....hope you see the light soon...no pun intended. (This is no reflection on your employees, just on your corporate greed)
