This office is the worst. I received terrible service from Dr. TerryLynn Tennant and have had issues with getting accurate information, scheduling, and basic follow-up all along. They ask for payment in-full up front and try to up-sell you on all sorts of stuff not covered by insurance, and then don't provide the basic service, supplies, or accurate information so you can actually finish the prescribed treatment. There has been issue after issue, lack of communication and attention to detail, and totally unprofessional handling. Treatment that was supposed to be 3-6months is still going at two and half years later, and my teeth are less straight now. I think I am on my 5th round of Invisalign trays. I was told to reach out with concerns, and when I did I got ultimatums and this attitude that somehow I was the problem. This was really out of the blue for me and so disappointing after I kept trying to roll with one issue and mistake after another (for years). My last cleaning had an exam scheduled and it was a day my dentist wasn't even working. They are just so not together. I was told treatment would help with head injury symptoms after a bad car accident. This was not true; in real life adult braces are painful/totally visible/invasive, and the treatment has left me with a crooked tooth and chips on some of my teeth. The office doesn't reply to messages consistently and I have been trying to get my records for a month now with no success. I will have to pay double to go to another office and get this mess cleaned up, and it's my teeth, not something that can be hidden or walked away from.
