              This is a fradaulent account AUTO ACCEPT ***************** there are discrepancy on my credit report and this account needs to be deleted. I have CMS receipt: **** **** **** **** **** 03. I have send them a letter on 06/01/2023 but i didn't recieve any feed back and this account hurting my credit score. I wil file legap complaint if they did not respond.

              This company is a complete nightmare!!!! All of the agents/managers are rude and have NO type of customer service training. I fell behind on my payments they repo my car. 1 lady told me the repo fee was ***************** was $650 when I went to pay they than told me $1400 that's a big difference. I asked for an invoice they told me they can't give it to me WHY because that's not what ****** actually charged them. I spoke with ****** and they charge $650 of course they couldn't give me the invoice because its to their customer... Outside of being hung up on by multiple agts this company will call you and your family ***** times a day. I can't wait to refinance my car to get them out of my life... IF 90% of you consumers says the same thing ****** ***************** the *** COO OR whoever he is needs to do something about it! But no he gets paid for the predatory loans that takes complete advantage of consumers.
