Extremely quick response time, professional, and fantastic work! Not only did he point out the things that needed to be repaired, but he also managed to give a rough estimate on the price it would cost to get things done. As an added bonus, he explained just how important certain repairs were, and the effects of leaving them unmanaged, then helped me weigh my options for which ones needed to get done sooner and which could be delayed if needed! 10/10 would use again!Review from Phyllis Z

3Rs Construction Management did an excellent job installing a new roof for my awning that was damaged in the ice storm. They also replaced and painted the gutter that was damaged. Thanks Adam and crew for doing a great job. ******* *.

3R’s sprayed my house for mold on the ceiling. I felt safe knowing they were catching it early, taking care of any potential health hazard, and getting rid of it so it won’t come back! I am absolutely pleased with the results of my renovation — switching out the windows and the slope of the roof in the master bedroom. 3r’s was awesome! They replaced all of our windows in a timely manner and all of the workers were great! They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They even washed all the windows when they were done! I would highly recommend them.3Rs Construction Management LLC Response

3R's was amazing to work with. We had a leak and they were able to come out and get it fixed and repaired! They were great with working with insurance and making sure we were taken care of! First class customer service and they were able to answer all of our questions along the way.
