Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Agiliron regarding their failure to cancel our account and the subsequent unauthorized charges that have been occurring since November 28, ****. We submitted a formal request to cancel our Agiliron account on November 28, ****. Despite our efforts to discontinue the service, our account has not been canceled, and we continue to receive and incur charges.Since the requested cancellation, we have experienced three unauthorized charges, each amounting to $515 per month. ($1545.00 total) These charges are both unwarranted and in direct violation of our cancellation request.Our attempts to address this issue with Agiliron's customer support have been met with inadequate responses and a lack of resolution. The failure on their part to acknowledge our cancellation request and cease billing is both frustrating and unacceptable.I am seeking the following actions to be taken by Agiliron:I request that Agiliron promptly cancels our account as originally requested in November.Agiliron should reimburse us for the three unauthorized charges that have occurred since the cancellation request.I appreciate the Better Business Bureau's assistance in addressing this matter and hope for a swift resolution.
