Very poor customer **********************, very rude. Be prepared for false statements and additional fees. They said I owed a medical bill but never sent me a copy after requesting it THREE times! They just keep sending threatening letters. I finally gave up and paid the bill so I would not go to collections.The company is just a scam.

The consumer in this matter owes a utility bill to the ****************, as explained in the documents he received. There is not statute of limitations for debts owed to Oregon municipalities. He could call our office and get the info or simply continue to file complaints and accuse our business of being a scam.Review from Patty H

Fraud!!!! Got a collection in sept 2021 from Diamond parking in Ashland Oregon for sept 23 2015. Said it was an $89 collection. Funny thing is they said it was a **** dodge , with a liscence plate that belonged to us but we have a **** F-250 no dodges ever!!! Really a dodge. We have pictures from my husband working in ******* *********** that are timestamped with for sept 23 2015 and he had our 2015 **** F-250 with him. Southern Oregon credit kept saying we needed to pay the fraud charges. I finally called and left a message for *********************** in ******* ** who owns diamond parking his Extention is 210. I threatened to *** them all for fraud after sending the pictures of ******* *********** and got a call the fraud charges went away. Looking for anyone that wants a class action lawsuit against them all. *****.
