    I purchased 3 tickets for the thanksgiving buffet but did not get to use them because the casino let whoever was in line to buy a ticket which meant not only hours of waiting but being unable to go to the buffet. I contacted the casino and they never called me backit was chaos I dont expect that if I have purchased 3 tickets a month in advance that I would have people who had not purchased in advance to take my seats. Totally unacceptableI went to the buffet last year and it was so much more professionaleither put in your advertisement that whether or not you buy a ticket you will have to wait in line behind a massive group of people that were purchasing tickets in front of meit was very unprofessional

    Hello, My Name is ************************..My situation at SMC, occurred on Friday the 3 rd or 8 th of April 2022, I had been playing on the main floor but moved to the Pikes area and played there for awhile, then where the wheels go round machines are located and heading back towards the main Casino again playing several of the machines in that main hall area, I approached a machine sat down to play it and noticed a ripped in half bank envelope picking it up to throw in the trash container I noticed what appeared to be a half a **** in one side and upon examination realized it held both halfs of a $100.00 ****, I finally won something ? As I was walking into the main Casino again I stopped by where the two guards usually are and asked if they by chance had some scotch tape I could use, I used the tape and sealed the **** back together and told them my lucky story, They said I could not keep my find that it is considered theft by deception ? Except , I didnt steal it , I found it and they were determined this 82 year old man wasnt going to leave with the money he found all of a sudden Im surrounded by Security, with threats that the ************ would be contacted if I tryed to leave with my found treasure. They, ******, one of the heads of security assured me they had so many Cameras that they will find the rightful owners of my found $100.00. I think its BS. But hey Im the one that there accusing of Theft By Deception ? Im a Platimum card holder at the Casino, havent been back since, at ************* ,they said under the same circumstances they would hold for 15 days and if owner didnt come forth then I would receive those funds. But rest assured SMC, will track down at all costs the rightful, owner, idiot that tore his envelope in half and thru it away. BOO, Spirit Mountain Casino. It wasnt a Theft, it was a find by a lucky patron. *********************
