Recently, our 2017 Lexus, was damaged in a Kaady car wash facility. The Kaady **************** Manager reviewed the damage and, after discussion with ************* Manager, he agreed to pay for all of the repairs. The payments were very prompt, as soon as I provided invoices detailing the charges. Since the repair costs were over $2,000, I was pleased with Kaady's settlement of this matter.Review from Ron S

I Have been using kaady for years and years since I was young . On Saturday I took my newly purchased truck in for a scrubbing. I pulled to the side to remove the trailer hitch ,chairs from the bed and remove my antenna. The man kept waiving me to move under the canopy and then began asking me why I was removing the items ... I flat out told him so I don't destroy your machine and cause damage.. he replied we don't care ... ummmm ... now half way through the wash I noticed a kid walking next to the wash and a tug at the front of the truck ... I fealt uneasy while exiting as the kid walking next to me continued to follow... I parked at the vacuum and walked to the front .. instantly I saw the emblem was ripped off the grill ... when I approached the front and told them they directed me to park on the left .. I asked for the emblem to be retrieved but mysteriously they couldn't find it ... I instantly knew they were going to deny it happened... kaady was my first job and recalled how it's policy to try and fix or pay for damages.. knowing this I had to get the peice back as proof. I asked to look again and of course they didn't see it ... I filled out the claim form and received a call on Monday saying that they found the peice but they wouldn't cover it because it was previously damaged ... I said absolutely not it's a factory peice and was in working order ... its a high country and lights up .. he claims it's not factory because it had silicon on it. I explained that's how it is sealed from the factory to maintain its waterproof to protect the board and lights ... his opinion was it was not a factory option and advised me to have a lawyer contact him... yall this is a $400 peice. It's not about the money. It's about doing what's right ... I would question bringing your vehicle to kaady for the simple facts that they don't stand behind the product and the employees seem to be entitled little you know whats.Review from patricia b

I went through Kaady car wash and my right front rear view mirror came off. The person who took my information was very prompt and told me a representative would be contacting me shortly.Within a day or two, **** called. He was courteous and very helpful. He ordered the part from **************** and when it was in, he called. I went in to Kaady and he installed the backing.I was very pleased with him and Kaady, who stood behind their promise to fix my car.********

Rude staff somehow can not give a receipt every time I come. I wait, patiently as they scramble as if a receipt is an unknown concept. Asking me to wait and wait and wait . Still waiting. Car wash is all chemicals and DESTROYS paint- just heads up in that little secret. Never going back.Review from Andrew M.

The Hillsboro Kaady car wash close by the airport on Cornell damaged (came out and bend) rear logo on our *** x5. Dealership quoted $90 part and $195 labor to fix it.After the damage happened someone from washer documented the damage with pictures, reports etc and told someone will call back within 72h, but nobody even called me back. I do not recommend bring your expensive car for this kind of washing!Kaady Car Wash Response

We reached out to This customer within 24 hours but he declined receiving digital proof of the phone call. We take any customer related concern very seriously. Next steps have been outlined even though there were not any malfunctions with the car wash.Customer Response

**************** representative (*************************) called on 5th day to be precise. Eventually they declined to reimburse the damages they made. And they are not standing on promises they stated on every carwash about warranty on the damages, which is really frustratingReview from Aria C

Kaady Car Wash on Mill Plain in Vancouver, Washington used hard water and this has ruined my car’s pain. It’s been less than 36 hours, and the hard water is etching into my new BMW. To say I’m pissed is an understatement.Kaady Car Wash Response

Kaady has reached out to this customer regarding her concerns with water spots that were reported 24 hours later(no response). Video evidence shows customer concerns were present before the car wash, to which we are happy to show her. Due to patented technology it is not possible to have water spots and no one else has reported anything like this.
