            In November/December of 2021 I bought my Kia ******** car brand new off the lot. 0 miles on it. The first year my car was working fine, after the year my car started to give me issues. It started to jolt and mess with the shifting of the car. At first it happened randomly after miles of driving the car. I would take the car to the regular maintenance appointments and I would mention it to the dealer that it was jolting but every time Id take it theyd say that the car was fine and no sign of jolts. Then shortly after that, the car started to jolt even more continuously. There was 2 incidents where I was driving the car in the highway and the car randomly jolted and since I was going at a fast rate the car jolted and when it jolts the car will jump and stop the rate of how fast I go in the car and shifts to a different speed then what the dashboard says. And it almost caused a car accident, mind you I have my 2 year old in the car. Its getting dangerous to drive the car at this point. So I start to barely drive the car and ask for rides from people because its getting dangerous with the continuing jolts of the car. I start calling Kia ********** to complain and they tell me to take the car in, and the first time they tell me they end up keeping my car for a day or two, and they end up saying they were gonna update the car system and that it probably was a technical issue with the car since its brand new. Then I pick the car up from that appointment and mind you since the car has started to having too much jolts while driving, the dashboard has been displaying the transmission sign on the dashboard but yet the ********** kept insisting it was the technical side of the car. As soon as I picked up the car from the lot and pulled out to go home with the car, not even a block later, the car jolted once again and the transmission sign lighted on the dashboard once again! At this point im angry. Long story short, I bring the car back and after 2-3 days they say they gotta keep the car for 2 weeks and that 2 weeks ended in 1 month. Had troubles them providing me with a loaner car, lost a lot of money for a month 1/2.

            I felt 100% taken advantage by this Kia ********** and highly recommend you dont use this particular one until they get entirely new management/staff. They basically held my vehicle for over 24 hours without telling me, causing me to miss work and an enormous amount of emotional stress was put onto me. This was the 3rd time I had been in for a problem in 3 months that they couldnt seem to fix and they had at this point charged me $700+ for repairs and parts. I dropped my car off at 10AM for a scheduled appointment to do a diagnostic on a horrible noise my car was continually making. They proceeded to do zero work on my car from check in until close. I had no communication from them for an entire 8 hours and by the time I tried to reach out they were closed and I was told my paperwork and keys were nowhere to be found and Id have to contact them in the morning. They did not at any point inform me they were going to hold my car overnight or for an extended period of time, otherwise I couldve planned accordingly. I left a voicemail (which I was very familiar doing with these people) demanding to know where my car was and what was being done with it. After over 24+ hours of no contact from them I got connected with the Service Manager and he was no help either, he showed no concern about my predicament and said I could pick my car up right now and it would be ready. I showed up 25 minutes later ready to pick my car up when they informed me they didnt realize I was coming and that absolutely ZERO repair work had been done to my car in the allotted time. Over ************************************************************************************* Ive genuinely never felt like such a pile of garbage from a company and how little they cared about the insurmountable stress they put on me. Some simple communication couldve easily been a good start to a solution. NEVER EVER will I go to a Kia ********** again, absolute nightmare.
