            I have been a patient(my dog) for 6 years and never had any payment/staff issues. We started taking our other dog there also, he was diagnosed needing a more extensive neutering surgery due to complication. They had quoted me somewhere around 300 dollars, I said great thats go ahead and have emails to prove that. When I went to check out of my appt they gave me a 600 dollar **** and they found out two people were quoting me two separate things but never quoting me together. This was august of 2021, two weeks before I had my daughter so I asked because we were not expecting the **** to double, if I could pay half at the appointment and then I gave them ALL my card information to set up up an auto payment for September 2nd 2021. Today 4-18-22 I get a call from the debt collector for the remaining amount. I have proof that all of this was taken care yet I was sent to collections. Since getting our second dog and using them for care, they have been negligent in letting us know when our animals are due for something at an appointment and then call me a month letter to set up said appointment when I was just there. I love 60 miles away and pack a baby. I am incredibly sad at this companies outcome, they have been nothing but trouble for almost 2 years. All my family who I referred also will be leaving the clinic. Thank you for your time.

            In March of 2021 my animal became sick due to Eugene Animal Hospital not providing my animal with the correct vaccinations/boosters. After 8+ years of going to this veterinary clinic I was fed up with their unprofessionalism. When I took my animal to my new vet they had contacted Eugene Animal Hospital to have my pet's medical records transferred to the new clinic. Eugene Animal Hospital refused to provide that information saying I had owed them money from an appointment in June of 2020. I was very confused how that was possible since they had my credit card on file and had been given consent to charge the account after service. I contacted Eugene Animal Hospital requesting more information regarding the **** and requested that they transfer all medical files to my new vet. They refused to transfer the medical files and said they would not release them until I paid the ****. I requested for them to mail me an invoice so, I could go over my accounts and confirm I hadn't already paid the ****. I was very clear that they did not have my consent to charge my credit card on file until I had reviewed my accounts. I never received an invoice in the mail and had assumed the issue was resolved. Fast forward to April of ************************************** the mail saying I still owed them money. I contacted the collection agency and requested a copy of the invoice to confirm I hadn't already paid the ****. After receiving the invoice and reviewing my credit card accounts I saw that on 04/13/22 Eugene Animal Hospital attempted to charge my credit card without my consent! Thankfully my credit card company had denied the charge.Eugene Animal Hospital not only withheld my medical records, but they also tried charging my credit card without my consent.
