Punctual. Professional. Thoughtful. Kind.**** showed up right at the agreed upon time and immediately got to work! He is very detailed oriented, and went above and beyond making sure that everything was thoroughly checked. I appreciated that he took the time to make sure that I understood why certain things mattered while others were non-issues.**** also found a lose flue pipe that was dumping carbon monoxide straight into the attic as appose to outside of the house! Messed up stuff! He went out of his way to stress how wrong this was and instructed me on how to have it fixed immediately.The home inspection report was provided the same day as the inspection, and contained detailed notes as well as pictures for reference. Very thorough and helpful!If there was any doubt, I would highly recommend ****/MK Home Inspections!

**** was very thorough and extremely patient about explaining everything. He took his time and did not rush through anything. ************ was professional but also very friendly and easy to communicate with. I was quite pleased and would highly recommend him for your inspection. His pricing is very reasonable and was much more cost effective than an inspection that was done for me at another property a couple of months ago. **** had the report delivered to my email that same afternoon. The photos are great and really helped me to picture and remember everything. ************ also took the time to offer tips on minor repairs that I might decide to do myself. And he took the time and trouble to get his ladder out again and go back into the attic just to verify something. And this older home had a small crawl space but he took the time to actually crawl under, examine, and take photos. Great rate and great service. Very pleased!MK Home Inspections Response

**** was really patient, professional and prompt. I have had a million questions and he always answers promptly and never acted as if I was irritating. Which I was!
