I have purchased 2 in ground shelters from Ground Zero and was coming back for a 3rd shelter (above ground). I have referred countless people over the 9 years, including builders I work with as I'm in commercial lending, since I first purchased a shelter from them. Their customer service was amazing the first two times. This time, so disappointing. I signed up for a shelter at the Tulsa Home and Garden Show in March. My first appointment for install was in April. They called me the week before and cancelled and said they would be in touch as soon as possible. I never heard from them so I called. The lady apologized and put me on the schedule for May 5th. I received an email to confirm installation, which I did, on April 30th. I called several times yesterday and could never get in touch with anyone. I called this morning, 5/3/22, to confirm my appointment and they said oh yah we can't make it. I said I have been cancelled on twice and if you can't figure out a way to make this happen, I will find someone who wants my business. The lady on the phone said "OK"... I'm not sure if this company has just gotten to big for customer service or what, but not I am going to be without a shelter for another 3-4 weeks while I figure out who I will be purchasing from.

I can't speak for other installers, but this one is terrible. Installed a shelter for me and gave me a warranty. The door jammed and will no longer open. Their response is basically a laugh and to inform me that their warranty never was worth the paper it was written on. No attempt to help with a product they sold at all. So, you now know that they don't for one second believe in the products they sell. They install, get out with your money as fast as possible, and once they are out of sight, you're on your own.
