            Purchased a brand new mobile home from Palm Harbor. They hired *** to install the **** system. The unit was installed one week before move in in May 2023. The unit has not worked properly since move in and Palm Harbor and BLP both are aware of our issue. Two **** companies have checked and both say the compressor is bad. BLP came out in July and now on Oct 2nd they sent two workers out with a new compressor and wouldn't install it because the compressor just happened to be working when they got here. They've installed a "hard start" without my permission and left. The women at their office hung up when I became irritated because she refused to listen to the fact that the compressor only works about two hours a day. They have installed a useless piece of junk and now have made it worse. No one will repair or replace this thing!!!

            Bought a Palm Harbor home & these guys installed the unit the week before we moved in (May 25th). The unit sounds horrible inside the house and no air whatsoever comes out the vents in our master bathroom or toilet area. During the 100+ temps the house stayed at 76 degrees. Called these guys to come and repair or replace the unit. It is now September 18th and we still have no service from these guys. The man that came out told us to "go ahead and install a quick start to the unit ourselves" and he'd see if Palm Harbor would honor our warranty but they might not. Palm Harbor no longer cares because they've already gotten our payments. BLP was going to order a new compressor and come and install that....no further response and it's been well over a month and a half since we've heard from them. STAY AWAY. FAR, FAR AWAY. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY DO NOT CARE EITHER.
