I traded in my vehicle for a used vehicle through **** Vance Motor's in *******, ** December 28, 2023. They waited approximately 1 month before sending me my title. When I got my title they did not fill it out correctly, which made it to where I could not purchase a new tag for my vehicle. They were very disrespectful and told me that my corrected documents would be mailed overnight. I waited two business days for my corrected documents, and did not receive them until 5 days later. When I got the paperwork it was still incorrect. I went in person to the dealership, and they were again very hateful, and acted like it was all my fault. They made me go to the tag office they suggested instead of the one where I live in order to get my tag. My vehicle has an oil leak, and they told me I could bring it back in for warranty work; However, now that they have my vehicle they are telling me that they are not fixing it under warranty and are insisting that I pay for the diagnostic test that they supposedly ran on it. They are scamming me, and are trying to force money out of me. I need a resolution to my problem, and I do not feel as if I have to pay for this when they specifically told me I had a 3 month warranty when I bought the vehicle.
