      I purchased a chainsaw from them. It ran fine but was brought in for routine maintenance to keep it running well. I paid in advance and waited weeks. They never called so I eventually contacted them to find out if it was ready. I learned that it was ready but they didnt bother to call. They also added around $100 in additional expenses that I never approved. Upon using it I realized that it no longer worked. After bringing it back to have it fixed they basically told me they didnt care. In a nutshell they brake your equipment and take your money. 1/10 Wouldnt do business with this business.

      ***************************** brought in 2 pieces of equipment for repair on 7/8/21, an Echo chainsaw and a ***** mower. ***** requested a tune up on the Echo chainsaw and pre-paid a deposit of $30 that goes directly to the ****. The balance owed upon completion was $28.13 for a total of $58.13 for repairs/tune up to his chainsaw. The ***** mower had a balance of $73.71 upon completion of repairs which brought his total for both equipment repairs to $101.84. I believe ***** assumed the $101.84 was for the chainsaw alone when in fact it was both the mower and chainsaw. All repairs done by ********* carries a 30 day warranty, so if he is in fact still having issues with the chainsaw it's under warranty he can bring it back in. The owner of ****************************** ******** has reached out to ***** personally and asked for ***** to return the Echo chainsaw and *************************** will make it right whatever it takes.

      While the additional expenses may have been partially for the lawn mower and not exclusively the chainsaw I still was never contacted regarding these additional expenses so I could approve them. I was simply expected to pay for them on top of the fees I originally paid in advance upon dropping my equipment off. I live in a completely different county so it is a bit of a drive for me to bring them in again. While they may offer a 30 day warranty on their repairs it really doesnt do any good because although I could use the gas, put miles on my vehicle and use my time to drive all the way there again a couple more times to drop them off and pick them up again I would still have to deal with the same business who treated me poorly and just hope they actually fixed it the second time and didnt just make it worse like they did the first time.
