If I could put less than 5 stars I certainly would. This company is nothing short of corrupt, along with an incredible amount of dishonesty and what amounts to theft. I bought a couch on a Monday and picked it up that Friday. I was told if any damage is found to immediately contact them. Since no damage was found, of course I didnt contact them. Realizing that Friday that the couch wouldnt fit in the ************* we thought it would, we boxed it back up without sitting on it, and took it to ************* to find another couch that could work for us. The return was said to have been scratched when it was not. When the crewmen loaded the couch back on after refusing to take the $1,400 couch back, they scratched the couch on more than one corner pretty badly and then said. It was already like that. What a sham and this is a huge gap in the law that seriously screws people over. Now I paid them $1,400 dollars and they can repair what THEY damaged and get another grand at least out of one couch. Im sure based on my experience with Galleria representatives, this company probably does this all the time. Fortunately, word spreads quickly nowadays.Review from Jamie S

I bought a sectional on July 31st 2021 and had to wait 6 weeks to receive 3/4 of the sectional. One of the power recliners didn't work properly, so Galleria sent out a tech to look at it. He couldn't figure out the problem, so he ordered the power mechanism to replace. 6 months later still waiting on part, so Galleria "talked to manufacture" into replacing for us. We received on piece in Oct. of 2021 that the fabric for the back had a cut in it, but didn't know until we unpacked box. Galleria customer service told me 9 days ago that the manufacturer was going to UPS to them 9 days ago, still haven't heard if they received the fabric that I've been waiting 13 months on. The wedge we received doesn't sit correctly and the pieces that attach to the wedge don't line up correctly either. Galleria sent a tech out June of 2022, but nothing was done and now he no longer works for the company, so Galleria is going to send someone else out once they receive the fabric we're waiting on. Every time customer service tells me they'll call me back they never do, but on top of that the turn over in customer service is tremendous. If you wait more then 1 month to follow up you'll never talk to the same person since they're always moving on. I wouldn't buy from Galleria and definitely wouldn't buy a Stevens Sectional. Update 12/1/2022 Worst customer service. I've been told many times they'll call me back and never hear back, so I call 48 hours later. I've been waiting on a wedge repair for 6 months and now they want to start over on figuring out what the problem is. I've been waiting on the replacement fabric for 14 months. I've never had these issues with Mathis Brothers.

I just spoke to customer service regarding your long wait. It is my understanding that you received a call back from our customer service manager yesterday letting you know that the manufacturer has agreed to replace both pieces instead of only allowing repairs. The labor shortage as well as employee turnovers has definitely affected Galleria and we are sorry you have been affected by this. I was told it could be ******* before we get the new pieces in, so there is still a while to wait. I have got a reminder set up in my calendar to call you in *******. I purchased furniture from Galleria furniture May 31,2021. The first and initial issue begin when the furniture I paid for was not delivered until the last week of July. My next complaint was the very expensive furniture did not hold up. My furniture sees very little traffic or use because I live alone. Therefore, you would think and expect high quality materials to last a decent amount of time. However, within less than one year the recliner was permanently tilted, sitting, and leaning noticeably to the left. Also, one of the kitchen chairs the wooden leg was cracked and broken at the base where the screw had been put in and was so weak and wobbly it was unusable. I contacted Galleria expressing my concern of the their products and the fact that they were already having major problems and weren't even a year old, along with photos of the issues I was having. I was told that they would come and pick up the recliner and order a part that would correct the issues. However, the broken kitchen chair would not be covered by Galleria, but because I had purchased a five year extended warranty, for an additional$400 through Galleria; with the company Gaurdsman I would have to pursue that avenue with the chair. It is now entering the second week of August and Galleria still has my recliner which has not been fixed and Gaurdsman has done nothing about the broken leg on the kitchen chair. I will never buy furniture from this business again and will warn others that their product does not hold up and last, and they will not correct the issues when they occur, nor honor their the warranty which was purchased.

We bought a *** and a ******** from Galleria on the same day. Both were floor models because they claimed they were both the last in stock. They said they would hold the *** for us until we closed on the new house & were ready to pick it up, but they could only hold the ******** for 72 hours. So we decided to go ahead and take the ******** the same day - we didnt want people laying on it for another month anyway. They told us to drive around to the bay and they would load it for us, so we did. They put it in a plastic bag, laid it flat across the sides of the truck *** & tied it on with rope. They never asked us if we wanted to inspect it at any point before or during loading it, and we didnt think to ask so we stayed in the truck during loading. We got it home, carefully lifted it off the truck and immediately found a substantial rip on the bottom of the ********. I called Galleria immediately and told them about the tear in the ******** and they said they checked with the guys in the warehouse and it wasnt ripped when they loaded it on the truck and it looked like we pulled it while it was still tied down ?? Mind you, the plastic it was in was NOT ripped. How could we have ripped the ******** without ripping the plastic?! I asked the customer service manager to email me the warranty policies for both The Galleria & the ******** brand, he never sent them.Fast forward a month, we go pick up the ***, bring it home, put it together, put the ******** on and it doesnt fit!! We measured the ******** and its a California king rather than a king. The salesman told us it was a king ********* our RECEIPT SAYS KING, and we purchased a king *** from them on the same day. The Galleria still refuses to do absolutely anything to rectify the situation so we are now stuck with a California king ******** that was not damaged by us, and a king ***.Galleria Furniture, Inc. Galleria Furniture has scheduled a delivery to exchange the mattress that is damaged. Due to sanitary reasons, it is against our policy to take back any mattress that has been in a customers home for a month. We are sorry the situation with your purchase wasn't immediately recognized as an exception to our policy. We are happy to make the exchange and offer free delivery for the mattress. Tried to purchase a bunkbed that is discontinued. They refused to sell the bed because they had nothing else to put in it's display place. Manager said he would call me back but never did. They don't put the customer first.Galleria Furniture, Inc. Response

The General Manager was given a note by a salesperson late on 12/07 (yesterday) and was asked to contact you. He does have the message and will get back in touch with you if he hasn't already.
