            I signed up for a six months contract on February 28, 23 to take effect on March 1, 2023, with this facility. I requested to terminate the contract on August 7th, but was told the termination form needed to be in by August 1st, in order to avoided my membership going to auto-pay. My membership has now gone to an auto-pay status, and I have to pay for an additional 6 months. I spoke with the Operations Manager, ****************** on August 8th. I told him that the facilities contract is misleading and does not say I cannot terminate my contract after it goes into an auto-pay status. I am fine with paying for the month of September since I missed the August 1st deadline, but I find this contract to be very deceptive.
