On April 28th, 2021 I lost two windows to a hail storm. I contacted Al Woodall about replacing the broken windows, as well as 12 other windows. I also began to discuss painting the exterior of my house. I was provided two estimates - $4000 for painting the exterior, including replacing rotting wood (framing the windows) and $4400 for the windows (including installation). The house was painted, but none of the wood was replaced and I have five out of the fourteen windows. I paid the full $4000 for the house in three installments (checks cleared 08/05/21, 08/26/21, and 11/04/21) and my down payment for the windows of $2145 cleared on 07/09. I have attempted to remain in communication with Al over the past two years. In April of this year, I requested that Al deliver the windows that he confirmed were in his possession on October 16th of 2022 to me and that I would find other means of having them installed since he has made it clear that he cannot complete the task. I have called every day since April 16th with no answer. On May 2nd, he responded via text to call him on Monday (May 8th) and we could talk then. I called and text messaged multiple times on Monday to no answer. As of today, Thursday, May 11th he has blocked me from calling him. After two years of trying to complete these jobs (and prices skyrocketing on materials in the meantime) I would like to either have the product delivered to my house or receive a significant refund.
