      I called them about service call that said my account was canceled yet the monthly payment was paid through 5/23. The call was made sometime last year and they said they would get back to me but that never happened. I noticed no payment was taken out this month and also not for a while so I called and only a recording was available to state all services were canceled. Too bad... what happened? Great product. I'm sure I should ask for a refund.

      Trying to call and email MCA and no luck for several days now. I need a tow truck. All their numbers and emails are down. How do I get someone to call me. I also have questions about my membership.

      I have been trying to get ahold of a human being for 2 weeks now. What happened to this company. It use to have good customer service and now it's pure garbage. I have left messages tried an email that didn't even work. I have exhausted every resource I know.

      I signed up with this company on October 19th for the basic plan of **** per month. I was informed that I would have up to 50 miles of towing each time I called if needed and the number of times is unlimited for the year. That was a great technique to capture anyone's attention. I signed up due to the deal I was getting. It really sounded too good to be true. I also looked at all the additional services it offered when I got my policy confirmation in an email.I broke down recently with a flat tire and I was informed with the third party that got me connected to dispatch, I had to be in the car to confirm the membership. Me and my husband have two cars we drive and unless I am in the car, they would not have been able to service or dispatch anyone. That was not mentioned in the beginning of the enrollment. I informed the person (****) I signed up with that we both drive these cars but the one we were driving at the time my husband drives this one back and forth to work each day. My husband and I were on the phone at the same time we were told this. Also, they charged my card two times in October and another time in November already! I should not have been charged three times already with only having the membership for one month! While I was on the line with the dispatch agent, she confirmed that towing is to the nearest facility only! Each time you call and speak with someone, they don't provide names, just employee numbers!This is poor misrepresentation of this company and that's why I have cancelled this MISLEADING membership! PLEASE BE AWARE OF FAKE ADVERTISEMENTS WITH THIS COMPANY AND FAKE SALESPEOPLE! THEY ARE OUT TO GET YOUR MONEY AND SHOW NO CONCERN AFTER YOU'VE BEEN CHARGED INAPPROPRIATELY! I have already found a better roadside assistance company and I know they are Legitimate!

      I have been with this company for years and initially they were great, but for the past year they have been debiting my account $20 monthly and when I attempt to use the service I am told my account is inactive. My account has been inactivated online and there is NEVER an answer on the 1-800 number for customer. I am convinced this is no longer active and is now just taking the money of former customers. Please do not sign up for this service.

      The company called MCA roadside assistance I called for a jump my vehicle stopped and because of me giving an address that was near me which was a company that works on cars they refused to allow me a jump and I pay a membership every single month the guy who answered the phone was one of their employees and he insinuating that I was stealing my own car from this property and therefore he would not send out a person to give me a jump...This is a crisis I'm in a very dark place there are cars coming up and down the road they cannot see me because I cannot put on my flashers and they have created a hardship for me individual woman out here by herself I could have given the address across the street where there were two houses but I decided to give the one closest to me if I was doing anything illegal I would not have given them an address to a car lot think about it...

      I LEFT MCA OVER 3 YEARS AGO & ALL OF A SUDDEN I SEE THEY BEEN CHARGING ME SCINCE 2020 UNTIL NOW OF COURSE I DIDNT PAY NO ATTENTION BECAUSE I ALWAYS PAY IT OFF & CHARGE THINGS TO MY CREDIT CARD BUT THIS MONTH I LOOK AT MY STATEMENT BECAUSE I CHARGED A LOT ON MY CARD. FOUND OUT THAT THEY HAVE SPLIT INTO A DIFFERENT COMPANY BUT STILL KEEP BILLING ME.

      I am having the same problem everyone seems to have with this company. I called the 800 number on my card 4 times so far starting yesterday morning when I was charged $60.00 for a tow and was told that my account was not open. I checked my credit card account which was charged $19.95 on 3/27. On all of my calls I left the required information. I then went to their website (which shows a AAA+ BBB rating) and then pulled up the BBB website for Motor Club of America which lists a corporate phone number which I called. This phone number is listed as **************. I did get an actual person after going through the same call tree and this person then told me that TVC was no longer affiliated with MCA and then transferred me to MCA where I got the same robot answer from "******" who assured me that she would call back as soon as possible. Needless to say, I am not holding my breath. If my credit card shows up with the charge, I will dispute it and file a formal complaint. Thing is, I have had no problems with their road service since I joined in 2020.

      I have called the customer service line and always get a recording they charged my account twice and I can't get thru. It very frustrating I want my money back that they over charged but can't hold of anyone. I will cancel my account with them if they keep this up. They need to have someone working the customer service side not a **** robot. Very upset with them.

      This company did not contact customers when they split from TVC Marketing, instead I called then when payment was not taking out of my account. Was told account was closed, that was December 2021. Then in January they charged my card, I call them since the account was closed was told, no we didn't charge your card. Had my bank block that vendor number, in February on a total different date they charged my card again, my bank said they got thru with a different vendor number. Left voice messages with ********************************** and emails. Have gotten no responses. This company has no ethics at all, and you phone customer services *****.
