I ********************************* on behalf of ******************** dba ************** sold a truck to a company in Oklahoma ***** ************ arranges its own financing through Frontiers State Bank in Oklahoma City. The day that the companys owner come to ********** to finalize the purchase he called his bank representative *************************** and ask her to send the wire confirmation to complete the transaction. She sent the wire confirmation to the buyer's accountant and to the buyer, and they forward it to me.Two days after, the money never reached my account so I call *************************** bank's rep. to notify her and she mentioned that the routing number I provided them with was for wire transfers and not for ACH transactions and she mentioned that they will correct the mistake and resend it, she asks for a couple more days and ask me to check back on Monday, April 18th, which I did. On that day she mentioned that my email address was hacked and that she had sent the money to a different bank account.She then transfers me to Mr. *********************** branch manager. He never offer any real solution to the mistake they made. He sugges to calling the *** filing a complaint. This is big negligence on their part because if they received a second set of wire instructions they should have called to confirm and verify.I have a small business and I don't have the means to wait for them to correct their mistakes. I'm out of $80,055.00.Up to this day and after several calls to find a solution they have not responded to my calls.
