We took our pick up to Christian brothers because our window on the driver side wouldnt work. They said it was a $145 diagnostic fee and that fee didnt go towards the repair. We had an appt Wednesday delivery 04/05 so we dropped it off Tuesday evening 04/04. We didnt hear anything and 04/06 as soon as they opened at 7am I called them. ** said that they had not found the problem and needed an additional $290 in diagnostic fees to continue. I told him that was too much- especially since that money doesnt go toward repairs. Thats $435 just in diagnosis fees! I told him Id come get the truck. I arrived at 7:34 he had my keys ready and I paid the original $145. At 7:34 we received a text that the truck was ready. When I got in the pickup- its was disassembled still!! I just left. When I got back to work I sent a message to Christian Brothers main contact. They received the email at 7:59. At 8:18 we received another text that they just found out that the tech had not put our truck back together and to please come back. I was already at work and not going back. I was also worried that they sabotage my dash when putting it back together out of spite because I didnt have the repairs completed at their facility.
