I drove over 5 hours to look at a vehicle.During those 5 hours the price magically went up $500.I looked on auto trader and KBB, on both sites it went up.Thankful I had a screen shot of the original price I thought I was paying.I called an hour out and asked about the price change and was told the system does it automatically and that they would honor our original price.I didnt realize honoring that price would lessen my trade in value by $500.The exact amount it went up !They tried to cheat me on the taxes (Dont they realize consumers are not stupid its simple math)They added a $250 processing fee above and beyond my $499 doc fee.They knew we were driving 5 hours to get there..The vehicle was a mess not detailed, oil had not been changed. The hood liner was in the back of the truck not even installed.I dont know if they expected us to just hang around all day as they got these things done but I assumed as a buyer when you go buy a vehicle the vehicle would be ready to purchase.They were rude and actually upset that I figured out the game they were playing.I showed them how they were wrong on the taxes.The salesman actually told me didnt you know in ******** we scored over 42% less than other in states in math, I dont know simple math!Wow!So we left!But of course the manager then appears and says they will lessen the taxes give us the deal we wanted.Too late!Not only was the salesman argumentative and tried to be intimidating but he insulted all Oklahomans.Dont do business with this crooked and insulting business!!

This dealership is a damn joke!!! We go in thinking that we are going to get taken cared of. Traded in my husbands truck to get a SUV. A month later, we find out the truck hasn’t been paid off by them yet, because a payment came out from our account. And on top of that our new vehicle isn’t even financed with anyone yet. So we go to get our truck back because legally it’s still ours. Well bam they tell us they can’t because they done sold it. How the hell do they sale a truck that they haven’t even paid off and is still legally in someone else’s name. We are contacting a lawyer and we will get to the bottom of it!
