Better Business Bureau Serving the Northwest has received a number of complaints regarding JP’s Painting Company located in Puyallup. An investigation has resulted in the business receiving an F Rating with BBB.
BBB received a report from a victim in Sumner who lost $876 to JP's Painting Company. The company had agreed to pressure wash and paint the exterior of the victim's home and asked the victim to pay a deposit of $876. After the victim paid the deposit, JP's Painting Company stopped communication with her and she never received the painting services. Six victims have left consumer complaints with BBB with similar reports. All together they have lost nearly $10,000.
According to the Washington State Department of Licensing and Industries, JP’s Painting Company's construction contractor license has been suspended since May 27, 2017.
