Better Business Bureau serving Northwest Florida offers customers the opportunity to share their experience with a business by rating their interaction with the business as positive, negative, or neutral, and rate the likelihood that they will recommend this business to a friend and/or colleague.
With several options to provide online feedback available, businesses and consumers can rest assured that the reviews posted on our business profiles have been reviewed and verified by your BBB. After a customer has submitted their review and the validity has been confirmed, BBB forwards the review to the business and offers an opportunity for the business to respond or write a rebuttal. The review is published within three to 10 business days once a business has decided to add or omit a response to the customer review.
