              Owners Mike and Dave are incompetent arrogant fools. These 2 brothers are peas in a pod! Extraordinarily rude to long term customers. I was with them for 6.5 years and they **** on me.

              MR. **** SEEMS TO THINK THAT COVID IS NOT A PROBLEM . HE INFORMED OUR POOL CLEANER THAT HE HAD COVID, UPON WHICH, WAS RELAYED TO DAVID WHEN HE WENT TO REPLACE HIS PUMP MOTOR. MR **** WALKED RIGHT UP TO DAVID, UPON WHICH, DAVID ASKED HIM TO STAND BACK AWAY FROM HIM. MR **** THOUGHT THAT WAS RUDE AND TOLD OUR POOL CLEANER THAT . A FEW DAYS LATER, I WAS OPENING MY STORE, AND, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, MR. **** CAME INTO MY STORE. I DID NOT KNOW WHO HE WAS, AS HE STATED HE WAS HERE TO PAY HIS BILL. I ASKED HIM HIS NAME AND HE TOLD ME MR. ****. I SAID: DON'T YOU HAVE COVID? HE REPLIED: YES, BUT I BROUGHT MY MASK, WHICH, HE WAS CARRYING IN HIS HAND. I TOLD HIM TO LEAVE MY STORE IMMEDIATLEY. UPON WHICH, HE BERATED ME AND TOLD ME HE WAS NOT GOING TO PAY US FOR ANYTHING WE HAD DONE. THEN, I TOLD HIM WE DID NOT WANT HIM AS A CUSTOMER ANYMORE! GOODBYE!

              Mike and Dave, co-owners of this ****** little business, are incompetent, arrogant fools. I had asked them nearly 3 months ago to give me a quote for some minor repairs to my pool. They never delivered. I asked Mike to tell me when he was going to schedule the repairs. He berates me and advises I'm not his only customer in town. I advised him that he's not the only player in town. He response was "yeah, but I'm the biggest!". I used Pool Tech's cleaning services for 6.5 years. I never once complained or missed a payment for their overpriced cleaning service.

              Mike nearly physically threw me out of his little store and I felt threatened. I thought he might attack me. What a bumbling, arrogant fool. And his brother Dave is even worse. The only reason this ****** little business stays afloat is because of their excellent employee Kelly.
