This company is amazing! Ryan always answered my emails and calls and was so patient with all my questions! They did a fantastic job and helped us get through the mess left by Hurricane Ian, "going out of business" insurance companies, ALL the paperwork hoops from the state of Florida, and they were able to get a settlement check that I would never have gotten on my own. I would totally recommend them to anyone!!!Review from Ella B

Thank you so much Ryan for your professionalism. Your guidance in our claim was very thorough and thoughtful, your referrals of all the right people to help with our claim helped us to succeed. You are always available to answer any questions and looking for all the possible ways to help your clients. Battling the insurance companies is frustrating and exhausting. We suffered such tremendous loss as a result of hurricane Ian we didn't know where to go or who to call. A friend of ours told us about Phoenix Claims-Ryan and Dane Risteen. We called them and almost immediately Dane was at our home. He took many pictures and all our information-flood and home owners insurance phone numbers. It was a long process which is thankfully behind us now all mainly since we hired Phoenix Claims!!! They were informative-easily able to reach and handled everything. Dane was always professional, courteous and kind throughout the entire process. Our condominium on Fort Myers Beach suffered a complete loss due to Hurricane Ian, September 28, 2022. We hired Ryan & Dane Risteen as our public adjuster in December, 2022. Ryan and Dane did a fantastic job representing us. Our insurance company was very difficult to deal with, they made several unacceptable, low ball offers trying to settle this claim. I am more than happy to have met Ryan. He and his brother helped us with insurance for two houses after Hurricane Ian. Without them, both insurance companies would have settled us for a laughable amount. Communication with Ryan was excellent at all times over the months and the trust we placed in him paid off. Ryan was absolutely fantastic to work with. We had much more damage after Hurricane Ian than we realized and Ryan has been a huge asset. He was very communicative every step of the way and advocated for us expertly. I would 100% work with him again and highly recommend him.
