            May B IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN HELL THEN MOVE INTO THE LORIENT APT PENSACOLA IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN HELL THEN YOU WILL FIT RIGHT IN. But if you are a young professional, who wants peace and quiet (in normal communities there might be minimal noise, but neighbors are respectful) then look elsewhere. I have reported multiple noise complaints to the manager. She said I needed to report to the police and needed to provide proof of noise, WOW I am going to whip out my phone when my sleep is repeatedly interrupted between the hours of 2 am to 6 am DAILY. Then when you do provide proof it is not good enough, I am told...I don't hear anything. What?!!!! Needless to say, my life has become that of a full-time investigator and attorney to provide proof of NOISE. I AM STUCK IN THIS LEASE.

            Hi ******  Thank you so much for your note. While we understand that dealing with noisy neighbors can be frustrating, this complaint was just brought to the offices' attention on 11/1/2023 with an audio recording and no context. While the audio recording did not pull properly on the computer, we did discuss that the sounds were more clear on a mobile device. We have investigated the recording and have reached out to the neighbor in complaint. Please allow the office time to handle the situation as it was just reported. Please continue to keep us posted on what you are experiencing so we can quickly address the issue at hand.
