    Date of event: 29July Invoice number: 82771EE014446 Room assigned: 365 People spoken to: 1. Neel (manager) 2. Ajit (owner) 3. Edward (position unknown) Issue: The shower in the room was not functional as the nob turned 360 degrees and no hot water. Also water was shooting from behind the faucet base at the wall. Toilet continued to drain. Checked in apprx 0100-0200. reported the issue that am and manager said he could not adjust billing and would have to defer to the owner. Happen to encounter the owner as I exited the office and he acknowledged the complaint and said he would adjust and fully refund me because he was aware of the room having problems. Noticed on 07Aug no adjustment had been made and contacted the hotel via phone and Edward to note of my information and said he would pass it along for a call back. No call back received. I called the hotel from my listed number on the 08Aug and noticed they blocked my number. Contacted from another number and was told I would be able to reach him 09Aug. Called and Edward said no refund would be issued BECAUSE THEY SAID I DAMAGED the room lol. While I absolutely did nothing but try to sleep and wash my face, his statement acknowledge their awareness that the room was in poor condition. All the above is the reason that I am seeking compensation as a result of poor accommodations matched with poor business etiquette and slander.
