Wayback 2021 i changed my tire on tire kingdom, and i had a maintenance on this business, then they told me i have to change my tire because its not good anymore its worn out. I told them i just changed it and they keep telling me i gotta change it and buy theirs, 1st bad experience, and now 2024 i’m having 60k pms i gave them benefit of the doubt, i went back to have it again to them, at first i already had a bad feeling because it feels the one on service they don’t know what their talking about, i had to tell her what the car needs to have, and of course it yes it happened again. Theyre trying to scam me, i called them 2hrs after they told me the car need more and its cost me everything $1500 and i don’t have fund for that and she told me if i’m not going to do it its gonna ruin my engine, and i told them i’m gonna call back i ask my friend about it and my friend says that my belt and water pump it can last 100k miles i only have 56780k yet, and then i called back to dealership and said i dont have funds for that and she said “you’re still good the belt is fine and water pump” yes my feeling is right, they told me everything will be finish around 2hrs or not even 2hrs and they gonna call me, after more than 2hrs i decided to comeback there and check myself how was it, they charged me for the stuff that they didnt change, i paid for the rear wiper and they didnt change it i ask the lady she was really positive to answer me that she charge me and i check it its not its my old one, went back to ask she told me “actually i think i didnt charge you for that” wow. Then she ask about receipt she check fast she said i didnt charge you, and i pointed to her about it, you charged me right there, she’s quiet i found it. I check everything that they did, if i’m not going check it i gonna get scam again. So bad experience! How many people they already scam?
