              Well it started in March 2023, I brought m car in for a key phobe battery light . My car has been at the dealer since then and now it’s September and they now can’t tell me what’s wrong with the car , but they don’t want to give me my car back until they can duplicate the issue. It only went in for a battery in the key. And now it has other issues that the dealer has done since it’s been there and no one will call me or give me an answer. I’ve went to all the channels and even corporate and still nothing . Now I was told I need to take it to another dealership and let another set of eyes look at it. I need some one to call me so I can really explain the issue to get some help I am paying car payment and car insurance on a car with 37,000 miles on. The car has only been to them . They have messed with the transmission, the Bc, the speedometer, the antennas , sensors and other stuff. The car is still under warranty but now it drives and sounds like I have had it 20 year. And it’s not how I brought it to them . It only went for a key battery

              They have had my car for a month and two weeks. They said they drove my car for 25 miles. They did absolutely nothing to my car except mess up my transmission I went yesterday to get my oil changed at 10 minutes oil change company this morning again from yesterday I brought my car in it’s leaking transmission oil really badly. My car is shaking. I took my car there for service to have recalls that was on my car to be done. Nothing was done. They kept my car for a month and a half, causing me stress, having a couch, taxis forward and backwards, if not catching a bus when I didn’t have money to catch a taxi, I’m finding the biggest complaint against them and I wanna sue them for the stress. They have put me on for pain and suffering.

              Vehicle was initially brought in December of 2022 with the transmission overfilled by another party. We corrected the issue and didn’t see the customer again until last month. We completed two recalls, a headlight and a wiper arm issue, but were unable to duplicate her Check Engine Light or transmission leaking concerns. We wanted to discuss our findings and reached out based on the contact information we were given but apparently the phone number was incorrect. All we could do was wait for her to contact us which took several weeks. Sorry to hear of her frustration and wish we could be of further assistance. Customer currently has 2 cases open with General Motors
