Quoted and agreed upon platinum warranty on ***** Corning roof and gutters with guards for $29,950. Install 10/26-10/30/21. Financing to begin once job satisfaction was completed/signed off. They damaged all window screens, left damaging debris that caused flat tire, exposed boards, installed gutters/guards wrong, ruined our back door, put holes in our siding.They turned financing in without our ok-so we had to start paying. Screens not replaced and none of the damaged areas have been fixed, the areas installed incorrectly still not fixed as well. owner refuses to answer calls/texts/emails. Never received paperwork on the install- was sent an invoice that stated ONLY standard warranty-we believe this is fraud and they took our money and is now lying about our warranty. We have made a review on ****** and ****** list, and the owner states no job is perfect and claims to be working with us- but they are not. We want all new gutters and guards, all the damage fixed, screens replaced and areas of roof/drip edge replaced. Shingles are flipping/popping up, some are hung past the drip edge and curling under. There are areas where wood is exposed and will eventually lead to further future damage. They took our damaged screens in October, still dont have them. Either finish the job and honor our 50year material and 25year craftsmanship platinum warranty, or give us a refund and we will find another company to fix it.
