The team at Region Home Buyers arrived on time, inspected the house, answered any questions, and then were responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. We received an offer within two days, which was thoroughly explained to us to ensure we understood the process. Upon acceptance, their staff started the closing process and sent/emailed documents that were required for closing in a secure manner. We were able to get documents in time for our estate lawyer to review them before we signed. The closing was yesterday, and everything went smoothly. I was very pleased with the entire process and the people that I worked with. I recommend them for your home sale.

****** at Region Home Buyers did a great job with the cash sale of my home. He inspected it and gave me an offer, including an accurate estimate of the closing costs, within less than 48 hours. He kept the offer open for three weeks to accommodate my schedule. He arranged for the closing and it all went very smoothly. Region Home Buyers have been great to work with. They know the business inside and out which eliminates alot of issues we see with other investors. The two details that really stick out would be the fact they always do things the right way and they pay you when they say their going to pay. During the chaotic stress of emptying out and selling an estate home in need of much repair and updating, ****** had a very calm and relaxed approach. Steve is correct that he received 1 initial text message from us yesterday seeing if he'd be interested in selling his property. He responded with "How does this work?" and then later said he would report us. We do use a texting software that is TCPA compliant and lists are supposed to be scrubbed internally against DNC lists. The software we use is even used by ****** ******** *** ******** ****** ******* ****** ********** because it is compliant. After further research, we found Mr. S**** was on the DNC list and it fell through the cracks. He had already been responded to on our ******** page that he was also messaging. I told him mistakes do happen and I was sorry. He was advised that he was removed from our list and I apologized multiple times. Not much more I can do at this point. We've responded to Mr. S**** by text, ********, now BBB. I wish him the best. I'm very sorry this text has ruined so much of his day.
